OnTimePunch Affiliate Program Terms

1. Referral tracking and attribution

When someone opens your referral link we record the visit on our servers and set a first-party attribution cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure on HTTPS) that lasts 90 days. If that visitor creates an OnTimePunch account within the window, the account is credited to the partner whose link they clicked most recently. Once an account is credited, the credit is locked and is not replaced by later clicks. Existing customers who registered before the qualifying click are not eligible.

2. Commission eligibility

Commission is earned only on subscription payments that OnTimePunch actually collects from a referred customer, as confirmed by our payment processor. Free trials earn nothing. Commission is calculated on the amount collected after discounts and excluding taxes, credits, refunds, disputes and chargebacks, at your commission rate at the time the referral was created, for as long as the referred customer stays subscribed. Rates and rules may change for future referrals; they do not change for referrals already recorded.

3. Holding period, refunds and chargebacks

Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer's payment before it becomes payable. If a payment is refunded (in whole or part), credited, disputed or charged back, the related commission is reduced or reversed in proportion. If a commission has already been paid, the reversal is deducted from your future payouts.

4. Payouts

Payable commissions are paid once your balance reaches the minimum payout of $50.00, using the payout details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details and for your own taxes.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not refer yourself, an organization you own or control, or use duplicate/alias accounts; generate artificial or automated clicks or sign-ups; use misleading advertising, spam, or trademark bidding; or otherwise manipulate attribution. Suspected violations may be flagged and the related referrals disqualified and commissions reversed.

6. Suspension and termination

OnTimePunch may suspend or close a partner account at any time, including for violations of these terms. Suspended and closed partners do not receive new attribution or new commissions. Commissions already earned and not otherwise reversed remain subject to sections 3 and 4.

7. Privacy

Referred customers' identities and billing details are not shown to partners. See the Privacy Policy for how referral tracking data is handled.
