Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you won’t be charged until after the trial ends.
Each plan includes a set number of active employees. Additional active employees are billed at $3/employee/month, prorated for the billing cycle. You can also upgrade your plan to increase your included limit.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section in your dashboard. Changes are applied immediately and prorated for the current billing cycle.
WorkPulse Kiosk Station is a companion Android app that locks a tablet into time clock mode. Employees clock in/out with their PIN, and records sync instantly to your dashboard. Starter and Growth plans include 1 device; Business includes up to 10.
No contracts. WorkPulse is month-to-month. You can cancel any time from your billing dashboard and your access remains active until the end of your paid period.
Billing is powered by Stripe. Your payment method is never stored on WorkPulse servers. You can update your card, download invoices, and manage your subscription any time through the secure Stripe Customer Portal from your dashboard.
WorkPulse accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe Checkout. Card details are securely handled by Stripe and never pass through our servers.
Payroll-ready CSV and PDF exports are included in the Business plan. Growth plan users have access to labor cost reports. All plans include full attendance history viewable in the admin dashboard.
